These terms and conditions are
subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Redwork.info's
sole discretion.

Payment Terms; Orders. Terms of payment are within
Redwork.info's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by
Redwork.info, payment must be received by Redwork.info prior to Redwork.info's
acceptance of an order. Payment for the products and services may be made by
credit card, PayPal, money order, check or some
other prearranged payment method.

Shipping Charges; Taxes. Products will be shipped via US Postal Services.
Orders must be shipped to the Customer's billing address. Orders will
be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment by electronic means
and within 10 days by payment of check. Separate charges for shipping and/or
handling will be shown on the invoice(s). Unless Customer provides Redwork.info
with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to
the product ship-to location prior to Redwork.info's acceptance of the
order, the Customer is responsible for sales (California Kern County Sales Tax:
7.25%) and all other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a
separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.

Risk of Loss. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping
by a carrier selected by Redwork.info is Redwork.info's responsibility. Loss
or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is
Customer's responsibility.

Warranties. Redwork.info makes no express warranties
except those stated in Redwork.info's applicable warranty statement in effect
on the date of the invoice. Any such warranties will be effective, and
Redwork.info will be obligated to honor any such warranties, only upon
Redwork.info's receipt of payment in full for the item to be warranted.

Return Policies. If you are a customer who bought
products directly from a Redwork.info, you may return them to Redwork.info
within 14 days of the date of invoice for a refund or credit of the product
purchase price. The refund or credit will not include any shipping and
handling charges shown on your invoice. If you are a business or organization
that bought the products under a written agreement with Redwork.info, the
agreement may contain different terms for the return of products than
specified by this policy.
To return products, you must contact Redwork.info Customer
Service, either through "Contact Us" form or
email to service@redwork.info.com to receive
a Return Authorization Number. To expedite the processing of your refund or
credit, Redwork.info expects you to return the products to Redwork.info in
their original packaging within five days of the date that Redwork.info
issues the Return Authorization Number. You must also prepay shipping charges
and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
You may return pattern(s) for a refund or credit only if the sealed
package containing the pattern(s) is unopened. Returned products must
be in as-new condition, and all of the items included with a product must be
returned with it. All non-defective products purchased through Redwork.info
that are returned, are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
